With over 15 years of experience in research and design, including 6 years in leadership roles, I've honed my ability to transform complex challenges into intuitive, user-centric solutions. My experience spans diverse industries, from B2B to B2C, and includes collaborations with industry leaders like BBC, Totaljobs Group, Thomson Reuters, XPO Logistics, Vertex, Workday and Dicks Sporting Goods.

By combining empathy with data-driven insights, I craft solutions that deliver tangible value and exceed expectations. Inspired by the IDEO design process, I embrace a lean, iterative methodology, rapidly testing and refining ideas to optimize results.
Outside of design and leadership, I enjoy photography and journaling, which help me centre my thoughts and emotions amidst life's ups and downs.
